The Nemours Neonatology Physician Assistant Fellowship is a post-graduate, transition-to-practice training program designed to support novice physician assistants through protected didactic learning time, structured clinical training, and dedicated mentorship. The fellowship provides a supportive educational framework with progressive autonomy, clearly defined supervision, and competency-based milestones under the guidance of experienced neonatologists and neonatal advanced practice providers.
