DescriptionUnder the general supervision of the Administrative Nurse III, the Senior LVN Supervisor provides nursing support and leadership in the Department of Urology clinic(s). Major duties include: Develop work assignment and work coverage plans, facilitate patient flow, coordinate day to day physician clinic and supervise floor schedule; assist with maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment (including identifying equipment requiring service or repair), provide patient care in an outpatient setting, assist with urologic procedures such as cystoscopies and bladder installations, start I.V.s, perform venipuncture, administer medications and manage patient flow.
