Responsibilities
Pediatrix® Medical Group seeks a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join its practice at Lake Mary Hospital, the newest addition to the Orlando Health family.
Hospital opened in January 2025
Annual projected deliveries of 1,000 with an adc in the newborn nursery of 6-7
Level II NICU projected adc of 5-6 by year end, with 2,000 deliveries and 24/7 coverage
Team of neonatologists, NNPs and Pediatric Hospitalist
Neonatologist onsite 8 hours daily and will take call from home
Must be in a 30 minute on-call response radius
NNP schedule of 12 and 24-hour shifts
Supported by the Orlando Health flagship NICU located at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, a 142-bed, Level-IV NICU

Qualifications
Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP
Minimum of a masterâ™s degree
