RN Practice Coordinator - Pediatrics
DescriptionRN Practice Coordinator (RNPC) will oversee and lead the clinical practice of medical assistants and nurses across multiple pediatric clinics. The RNPC will provide clinical guidance, support and training ensuring best practices are upheld across assigned clinics. This role involves managing initial and ongoing competency assessment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organization outcomes. Additionally, the RNPC will foster a collaborative environment, support professional development, and lead quality improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance clinical standards.
