ChristianaCare seeks a dynamic physician leader to serve as Vice Chair of Operations, Emergency Medicine. With both clinical and administrative responsibilities, the Vice Chair, Emergency Medicine is an Emergency Medicine physician who champions the culture of clinical excellence across all ChristianaCare emergency departments. In conjunction with the Chair, of Emergency Medicine, they are responsible for optimizing and implementing systems to deliver high quality effective and efficient, patient-oriented care.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution

• Graduate from an accredited emergency medicine or combined residency program

• Maintain relevant state medical license

• Demonstrated excellence in patient care

• Member in good standing of relevant Christiana Care Medical/Dental Staff

• Demonstrated experience in administration and medical leadership.

• ABEM or ABOEM certification
