Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced RN or RN Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of inpatient experience to join our Bio Behavioral Psych unit. The ideal candidate must hold a current RN license in Arizona or be willing to obtain one with 90 days with a compact license. Candidates must also have a BLS, ACLS/PALS/Pears certification and at least an Associates Degree in Nursing to be considered. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team of RN’s. The Clinical Supervisor will collaborate closely with the unit Manager on performance management, interviews, staffing and other administrative tasks as needed, while also providing patient care when required. This position is a Full time Day shift
