Nemours Children's Health Delaware is seeking a CICU Nurse Manager for our hospital in Wilmington, Delaware.The Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) Nurse Manager provides 24/7 leadership support to the CICU nurses. The CICU cares for patients with congenital and acquired heart disease. The CICU works closely with the Cardiac Operating Room, Cardiac Catherization Laboratory and the Cardiac Stepdown. This leader is a mentor and advocate for excellent patient care. The Nurse Manager is responsible for participation in departmental and hospital programs for quality and improvement, identifying opportunities to improve services, making recommendations and implementing actions as appropriate and consistent with the goals of the Nemours Childrens Hospital.
