The APP Lead is a role that exists only for Inova Service Lines. The APP Lead is charged with optimizing daily function of and care delivery provided by Apps. The role serves as the direct supervisor for front-line APP providers in a Service Line.Job Responsibilities Clinical resource for all direct-report APPs Liaison between APPs, nursing, physicians, and other providers Ensures appropriate scheduling and staffing is maintained and escalates staffing needs in an appropriate and timely manner Provides guidance on quality and safety initiatives and promotes psychological safety among all APPs Develops and implements process improvement plans with particular focus on delivering qualit
