- Graduating residents/fellows are welcome to apply
- 21 patients per week for adults
- Average caseload of 18 patients per week for child and adolescent ages
- 2 patient contacts with documentation per week is required
- Treating children and adolescents ages 8 - 18 and ages 16+ for adult patients
