Family and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner openings to join a community health center providing excellent medical services to the neighborhoods of Philadelphia since the 1960s.

Practice specifics
  • Join collegial 15 provider team
  • Hybrid practice schedule to include both Telehealth and Onsite Clinic coverage
  • Multi-disciplinary practice environment to include to include dentistry, infectious disease and behavioral health
  • Benefits to include medical, STD, LTS, 403(b)match, FSA, 240 hours PTO, CME allowance, malpractice, 10 paid holidays
  • Base salary dependent on years of experience
  • Pennsylvania state and federal loan repayment

    Job Requirements
  • Comfortable seeing pediatrics to geriatric patient population
  • CAQH profile a plus- Active PA license a plus
  • MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR POST GRADUATE EXPERIENCE IN OUTPATIENT PRIMARY CARE SETTNG
