Job Summary

Geisinger Bloomsburg Hospital (GBH) in Bloomsburg, PA is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our experienced team to provide coverage in the newborn nursery.

Job Duties

Practice Overview:

• 24-weeks coverage annually in the newborn nursery at Geisinger Bloomsburg Hospital and Geisinger Medical Center
• Attend deliveries and circumcisions
• 24/7 NICU backup via telemedicine
• In-house call not required
• Pediatric hospitalists responsible for admissions
• 3-5 years of experience in nursery or NICU required

Compensation Package:

• Competitive straight salary model linked to quality and values vs. productivity

• CME – 15 days, $3,500
• PTO – 20 days
