Our Neonatologists will work collaboratively, continuing these efforts to deliver exceptional care in the hospital's NICU.

Midland Memorial Hospital in partnership with Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to join our newest program. The team in Midland will consist of two Neonatologists providing coverage in this level II NICU

• 27 beds between Level II and newborn nursery
• Average 2200 deliveries annually
• Average daily census of 15
• 2 MD model, in house coverage during the day, call from home
• Current level II NICU with plans to develop into level III
• Plan to decrease gestational age and higher acuity admits to unit over time
