Fairview Health Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner -Pediatrics to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic Woodwinds . Join our multi-specialty practice that is a thriving outpatient practice with a diverse patient mix in regard to age, socioeconomic status and culture.
17 provider primary care practice with multiple specialists onsite.
Patient encounters average 16-18 patients per day.
Openings: 1.0 FTE (Full Time) Flexible schedule.
Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
No call is required.

Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner training program.
BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC.
Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).
BLS and ACLS Certified.
Candidates must have experience working in a primary care clinic setting (3 years preferred).
