ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Nurse Coordinator-Registered Nurse (CNC) for the RN Resource Team provides comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients in the General Oncology Clinics. This position serves as a primary point of contact for patients receiving treatment with a medical or surgical oncology provider. They will be responsible for coordination of care, education of patients and caregivers, triage, and support of providers.
Care Coordination The CNC for this population should be able to effectively coordinate patient care through:
